Overview
In this long, narrow floor plan, vertically-oriented design features draw the eye upward toward a new, large skylight, while a light-colored and reflective material palette provides a neutral backdrop for the fashions, and also disperses natural light throughout the interior. A beveled “blade” conceals lighting and creates framed recessed display nooks, visually expanding the volume of the wedding aisle-like corridor. Custom brushed stainless display fixtures and hardware tie together the various program lining the aisle: merchandising, lounge, and dressing area. Rich mahogany and borderless mirrored millwork dissolve into the space, concealing storage, fitting rooms, and back-of-house elements.
